1. Controller

2. What we collect and why
- Game progress (guesses, streak) is stored only in your browser. We do not receive it.
- Google sign-in for Practice Mode: when you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID and email address. We use them only to link your subscription to your account (performance of the contract). They are stored with your subscription in Stripe and in your browser, not in a separate database.
- Usage statistics through Google Analytics: pages viewed, game events and approximate location, to understand how the game is used (legitimate interest).
- Payment details for Practice Mode (email, card and billing country) are collected by Link (a Stripe company), the merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. We can see your email, country and subscription status in order to provide and support Practice Mode (performance of the contract). We never see your full card number. We keep subscription records for as long as tax law requires.
- Advertising through Google AdSense: Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure them, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
3. Who receives data
Stripe and Link (payments) and Google (sign-in, analytics and advertising). Their own privacy policies apply, and some data may be processed outside the EU under their legal safeguards.
4. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
