1. Who we are

Plagdle (plagdle.com) is provided by Zofia Siwek-Kuś, residing in Białogard, Poland (the "Provider"). Correspondence address: Mickiewicza 6b, 78-200 Białogard, Poland. Contact: plagdle@gmail.com.

2. The service

The daily Plagdle puzzle is free. Practice Mode is a paid subscription that lets you play unlimited randomly chosen diseases. Plagdle is an educational game and not medical advice.

You need a current web browser with JavaScript enabled and a Google account. Your subscription is linked to the Google account you sign in with, so you can use it on any device by signing in with the same account.

3. Price and payment

Practice Mode costs $1 per month, including any applicable taxes. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

Practice Mode is sold through Link (a Stripe company), which acts as the merchant of record. Link takes the payment, handles taxes, and sends receipts. Payment, refunds and billing questions are covered by Link's own terms, which you accept at checkout.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using the "Manage or cancel subscription" link in Practice Mode, or by emailing us. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Statutory cooling-off periods, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, are applied by Link as the merchant of record. If you are unhappy with a payment, contact us and we will consider a refund.

6. Complaints

If something does not work, email plagdle@gmail.com and describe the problem. We will reply within 14 days.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass the payment. A subscription is for your personal use.

8. Liability and changes

We work to keep the game accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is error-free or always online. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country. We may change these terms or the price. Changes affecting an existing subscription will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they apply.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence.
